I have a lot of things that need doing. My ‘to do’ list is long. This afternoon I had started to internally berate myself for not achieving as much as I could today, when I stopped myself in my tracks! No more self criticism! I started instead to mentally list ALL the things that I DID achieve today and there were quite a few. Then these words you see above popped into my head and I had to write them down. Now I share them with you. I hope that someone else finds them helpful. Too often we put too much pressure on ourselves by focussing on what has not been done or achieved rather than what HAS been done or achieved.
