Simplicity is the key to a less stressful life – healthy food, healthy bodies, healthy minds, good sleep, and doing what makes us happy.
Prioritize what is important and get rid of those things that we need not do and that do not make us happy. Remove or at least minimise conflict in your life. Slow down to enjoy the here and now. Be present for each and every activity you do. Make time for solitude. Have something in each day that you look forward to (eg meditation time, a walk, a soak in a bath, time alone with a book or dinner time with your family).
